In the last 90 days, the EU finally accepted the need for more time to comprehensively conclude the negotiations in all areas. In this regard, the European Commission (EC) unilaterally devised Framework Economic Partnership Agreements which take into account trade in goods for agriculture, manufactured, fisheries products and others.

The results of the climate conference in Bali

This conference ended with a roadmap that directs the negotiations towards a new agreement replacing the Kyoto Agreement, ending in 2012.

There are 2 positive points but with 2 shadows

1. The “polluters” committed to reduce the gas emissions responsible for all the climate changes already well active on the African continent.

Ex Africa, sempera aliquid novi - "Out of Africa, always something new," said the ancient Romans.

Had they been living in Kikwete country today, they would easily have replaced "Africa" with "Tanzania."

Beginning December 6, the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewage Company (Dawasco) has been disconnecting water supply to some of the poshests areas of Dar es Salaam, where the rich and powerful live.

Harare is one of the Ethiopian Cities. It is located in the Eastern party of the country, almost 530 km from Addis Ababa, the capital City. With regard to the history of Harare, it is known that the City of Harare was structured by the French people who used to come from Djibouti. That is the reason why many people speak French language and can express easily. From Addis Ababa to Harare, it is an asphalted and clean road. On the way, scenery is admired: mountains, zigzagged road, a lot of Camels... Why the Camels are more found in Harare Vicariate?

1. At the beginning of a New Year, I wish to send my fervent good wishes for peace, together with a heartfelt message of hope to men and women throughout the world. I do so by offering for our common reflection the theme which I have placed at the beginning of this message. It is one which I consider particularly important: the human family, a community of peace. The first form of communion between persons is that born of the love of a man and a woman who decide to enter a stable union in order to build together a new family.
