The Superior General of  the Consolata Missionary Institute, in a meeting of September 26, 2003, having taken into consideration the proposal advanced by the Regional Administration of Argentina and having had the agreement of the Administrator General with the positive vote of the General Council, decided to sell the following properties: Calle Chile 195, 5º Piso Dto “B”; Calle Buenos Aires 509, Piso 4º Dto “B”; Calle Estrada 59, 4º Piso Dto “D”; Calle Colón 1840, 6º Piso Dto “B” (Cordoba); Calle Cordoba 594, Ciudad de San Francisco and  the “Terreno valdio”, Ciudad de San Francisco (Cordoba).

DISPENSATIONS

The Superior General has granted dispensation from temporary vows to the student Pedrosa Cabecinhas Silvio Manuel of the Theological Seminary of Bogotá (Prot. 237/03 – July 2, 2003).

The Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life granted dispensation from religious vows to the perpetually professed:

·        Bro. Ngala Benedict (Prot. 48307/03 – July 17, 2003)

·        Bro. López Fernández José Angel (Prot. 48421/03 – September 25, 2003)           

EXCLAUSTRATIONS

The Superior General granted an indult of exclaustration for one year to Fr. Julián Quintero Celis,  in conformity with can 686, § 1 CIC (Prot. 239/03 – July 2, 2003).

The Superior General granted to the Fr. Bernardino Filosi the permission to live outside the community for one year to assist his mother (Prot. 238/03 – July 2, 2003).
