TRANSFER OF COMMUNITY Prot. n. 80/03The Superior General of the Consolata Missionary Institute, in a meeting on June 24, 2003, having taken note of the decision of the Region of Spain to give an other finality to the House of Pinos Baja and to transfer the community from Pinos Baja to calle Morando (Madrid), having had the favorable opinion of his Council, approved that decision and the transfer, in conformity with article 127 of the Constitutions. On June 25, 2003, the Superior General granted an indult of exclaustration for one year to Deacon Fabio Malesa, in conformity with can. 686, § 1 CIC (Prot. 81/03). |
