 The Superior General has granted a dispensation from temporary vows to the following students:

* Gacoki Cyrus Kinyua and Belachew Antonio Tessema, of the Theological Seminary of Nairobi (20/1/2001)

* Dotti Adriano of the Theological Seminary of São Paulo (28/3/2001)

The Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life, on March 10, 2001, granted a dispensation from religious vows to the perpetual professed Brother Kirimi Martin (Prot. 46107/2001)

 The same Congregation, on March 24, 2001, granted a dispensation from religious vows to the perpetual professed priest, Fr. Cadelano Giuseppe (Prot. 46137/2001)

EXCLAUSTRATION

 On March 10, 2001, the Superior General granted a three-year exclaustration to Fr. Kabali Joseph Bunya, so that he can exercise his ministry under the authority of the Bishop of Kasana-Luwero, in Uganda (Prot. 51/01).

DISMISSAL

 The Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life, on December 18, 2000, confirmed the dismissal of Fr. John Peter Nyaga from the Institute according to Canons 696-700 of the Code of Canon Law (Prot. 35351/2000).

 The same Congregation, on March 21, 2001, confirmed the dismissal of Fr. Carlos Gilberto Dutra from the Institute according to Canons 695-700 of the Code of Canon Law (Prot. 45551/2000)
