SALE OF PROPERTY

 The Superior General, in the Council meeting of March 8, 2001, considered the proposal made by the Venezuelan Delegation Council and with the consent of the Administrator General and a favorable vote of the General Council decided to sell the piece of land called “finca de Tamaquita” belonging to the Institute and located at Barquisimeto.

PURCHASE OF PROPERTY

 The Superior General of the Consolata Missionary Institute, having heard the opinion of the Administrator General and with the favorable vote of the General Council in the meeting of March 26, 2001, authorized the Spanish Regional Council to purchase two apartments adjacent to the present house at Zaragoza.

 The Superior General of the Consolata Missionary Institute, having heard the opinion of the Administrator General and with the favorable vote of the General Council in the meeting of March 8, 2001, authorized the Brazilian Regional Council to purchase a house at São Paulo as an investment of part of the money realized from the sale of the seminary at Erexim.
